Our Stylists take every precaution when undertaking this service in researching whether your individual type of hair would tolerate the straightening procedure. A sample of hair is required for our Stylists to do a patch test on over 48 hours. During this time you hair is put through a series of tests. If your hair is suitable for the treatment then our stylists will inform you and continue with your permanent hair straightening procedure. If there is any risk to your hair, please be assured that our stylists would inform you of this and advice another method of hair straightening with you.
